Our commitment

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a target we hold ourselves to rather than a certification we claim, and there will be places we fall short. When you find one, we want to hear about it.

What we've done

  • Every text and background pair on the site is measured against the AA contrast floor rather than eyeballed — including the text that sits over photographs.
  • The whole site works from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on everything you can interact with and a skip link to jump past the navigation.
  • Form labels are always visible, never a placeholder that vanishes when you start typing, and errors explain what to fix in specific terms.
  • Photographs and illustrations carry alt text that describes the lighting and the home, not just "image".
  • Animation is limited and purposeful, and everything non-essential stops if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Touch targets are at least 44 pixels.
  • The interactive lighting visualizer is fully keyboard-operable, announces scene changes, and renders as a single still frame when reduced motion is on.

Where we know we're not there yet

We have not yet completed a full screen-reader pass on every page, and this site has not been audited by an independent accessibility specialist. We would rather tell you that than imply a level of assurance we haven't earned.
